Cannot copy and past from a multi-line text box after being launched to a web browser

The user can not copy and past text from a multi-line editable text box after it has been launched onto a web browser. As a note, it is is possible to copy and paste when the widget is used in the editor.

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Add a Multi- Line Editable text box to the designer tab
4. Save and compile
5. Open the level blueprint
6. Add the widget to the view port
7. Save and compile
8. Launch onto HTML (FireFox/Google Chrome)
9. Type something into the text box
10. Highlight the text and press Ctrl+C
11. Open note pad
12. Press Ctrl+V into the note pad
13. Notice that the text does not paste
