The Skylight actor has minimal effect on indirect lighting compared with 4.10.1 and the Indirect Lighting Intensity slider has no effect at all.
Image attached for comparison bwtween 4.10.1 and 4.11
1. Open Default Map in UE4
2. Delete or Disable the Light Source
3. Add a Sky Light actor
4. Make a copy of the Floor Mesh above the one already there.
5. Add a basic white material to more clearly see the issue
6. Set Lighting Quality to Production
7. Build Lighting
Results: The Indirect Lighting is not as bright as it was in previous versions
Expected: The indirect lighting quality should be on par with 4.10. You should also be able to adjust the Indirect Lighting Intensity to adjust the results between builds.
Regression: Yes
