It seems like upon reconnecting to the server, the client receives a bunch containing the actor before it has loaded the data layer. See attached log snippet for errors.
Create a runtime data layer in a world partition map.
Add a statically placed, replicated actor to the data layer.
In a multiplayer PIE session, disconnect and then reconnect the client to the server.
When the client reconnects, a number of errors will occur around the replication of the actor in the data layer, as it is unable to find the static actor.
