Description

When the user changes the Volumetric Render Target Mode, the Volumetric clouds in a scene will render in front of Static Meshes in the Right-Eye.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a New Blank Level
  2. Enable the OpenXR Plugin and Restart
  3. Place a Static Mesh in the sky so that Volumetric clouds are behind it when viewing
  4. Begin a VRPreview, OR enable -emulatestereo and use regular PIE
  5. Enter the command 'r.VolumetricRenderTarget.Mode 1'
  6. Look at the Static Mesh placed in the sky

Observed Result:

Volumetric Clouds render in front of the static mesh in the Right-Eye.

Expected Result:

Volumetric clouds do not render in front of objects.
