If the user has the class defaults of their actor blueprint set for Run construction script on Drag to be false then the vector 3D widget will cause the blueprint to run the construction script anyway when it is moved.
Expected: The construction script would not run until the vectors 3D widget was done being dragged
Result: The construction script runs when the vectors 3D widget is moved
