This should be an optional string to be translated.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Dialogue Wave.
  2. Set the Voice Actor Direction to a non-empty string.
  3. Gather localized text for your project.
  4. Observe that the Voice Actor Direction was not gathered for translation.
