If a user attempts to run Setup.bat to download the various dependency files while a SonicWALL firewall is in place, the download will fail to complete. Disabling the firewall allows the download to complete successfully.

However, several users have reported that changing the BaseUrl value in DependencyManifest.cs from http to https has allowed them to complete the download successfully without needing to first disable the firewall (which is not always a possibility if it is controlled by their IT department).

Additional information that has been provided indicates that the Gateway Anti-Virus is blocking one or more files after identifying them as a worm. The previously mentioned use of https is still reported as working.

Steps to Reproduce

No repro steps due to not having a SonicWALL firewall to test against.

Per description, the dependency download will fail.

The dependency download completes successfully.

Either of the following options...

  1. Temporarily disable the SonicWALL firewall.
  2. Open the DependencyManifest.cs file and change the BaseUrl value from http to https
