Water is missing, appears in strange blocks, or appears in wrong places due to incorrectly rendered WaterInfoTexture. The WaterInfoTexture is part of the WaterZone actor.
Note: This reproduction requires a VR headset, emulate stereo is not enough to reproduce this issue.
1. Launch Unreal Engine and create a VR Template.
2. Enable the Water plugin and restart the editor
3. Once loaded back up, add one of the following water body types to the level.
Water Body Lake
Water Body Ocean
Water Body River
4. From the playmode drop down menu select VR Preview to launch in VR.
5. Put on the headset and observe the missing, patchy or incorrectly located water surfaces. Note that to make it easier to see the issue you can press semicolon to enable the debug fly camera to easily fly around the scene and position the camera above where the water should be.
