Sequencer auto-generated thumbnails should not replace manually-catpured thumbnails.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Right-click a sequencer asset and capture a thumbnail manually
  2. Make some changes to the sequencer that would affect it thumbnail and press Ctrl+S

Result: The thumbnail is replaced.

Expected: The thumbnail should be the manually captured one.
