Lumen HWRT, combined with Niagara Mesh Renderer, can cause the Lumen Scene to be reset, resulting in a sudden change to indirect lighting.
1. Download the Licensee's test project and open (see addl info URL)
2. Set the view mode to Lumen->Overview
3. Select the particle effect "NS_NiagaraShadowsRayTracing" in the level
4. Observe the sudden flash in indirect lighting when the particles despawn. The flash happens on most despawns, but not all.
5. Observe the box that appears in the Lumen Scene, Reflection View, and Geometry Normals as the particles despawn. This box appears on all particle despawns, regardless of the presence of an indirect lighting flash.
