DESCRIPTION: 
Debug filter automatically switches to one of the instances of blueprint which doesn't let user debug other instances of blueprint
IMPACT:
Difficulties with debuging other instances of a blueprint (user needs to switch manually the instance in debug filter)
 
WORKAROUND:
After playing user can set manually debug filter to: No debug object selected

REPRO: 
1. Open editor in qagame project
2. Create a new blueprint
3. Add static mesh component
4. In Event Graph bind event to On ComponentHit and connect a print string 
5. Put two instances of created blueprint on the level
6. Add breakpoint on PrintString node
7. Play and shoot all instances of blueprint
  
RESULT:
Debugging works for only one instance of the blueprint that is automatically selected in debug filter
