Description

Spline points are not moved into sublevels if a segment of landscape is moved to a sublevel.

Regression (No) issue (does) occur in 4.10.4

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor (any project)
  2. Add a new landscape to level
  3. Switch to Landscape>manage>edit spline points>add splines to viewport across landscape
  4. Press All Splines to force landscape to conform to spline locations
  5. Press Windows>Levels>Levels>Add New> name a new map and press save
  6. With sublevel set to current level, switch to landscape manage mode>Move Level>Select a portion of the landscape with spline points. It is important to only select some, not all spline points.
  7. Press the eye icon in the levels window on the sublevel on either the persistent level or the sublevel to hide it.

Results

If Persistent level is hidden> All spline points disappear, the sublevel landscape appears in level viewport, but splines cannot be edited.

If Sublevel is hidden> Wireframe of spline points is still shown in level, landscape components in sublevel are hidden from view.

Expected

If the sublevel is hidden, the spline points are hidden with it, if the persistent level is hidden, the spline points in the sublevel can still be edited.
