When changing some properties in a Blueprint, the changes are not reflected in placed instances of the Blueprint. I've included repro steps from the licensee who reported this. I verified these steps in 4.11 & 4.12 Preview 3
The licensee that reported this says that it only happens with properties that have blank metadata for EditCondition.
1. Create a Blueprint based on StaticMeshActor (Assigna static mesh for visibility)
2. Place an instance of the Blueprint in a level.
3. Open the Blueprint and find the "Walkable Slope Override" property. Check the checkbox to True.
4. Find the same property in the placed instance. The checkbox is not updated to true as it should be.
