Spawn Actor From Class is not accessible inside of a blueprint function library. It is expected that it would be accessible and would come with an exposed world context object pin.
1. Open the editor
2. Create a new Blueprint Function Library
3. Attempt to add a Spawn Actor From Class node
Result: Notice that even without context sensitive enabled, the node does not show up.
Expected: The Spawn Actor From Class node would appear and have an exposed World Context Object pin.
