Description

When a PaperTileMapComponent is generated at runtime, the collision that it should have is not generated along with it. This can (oddly) be remedied by selecting the component itself in the details panel, at which time the collision will generate.

Project: [Link Removed]

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project, generate project files, compile the project, and open the project (May be some deprecated functions in newer versions)
  2. Open the Actors folder and drag an instance of BP_TileMaker into the world, and place it at (-650, -480, -40) in World Space
  3. Press play and hold D to move right and fall onto the PaperTileMapComponent that was generated at runtime
    Result: You fall through
Expected: You shouldn't fall through as there is suppose to be collision

To have it work:
After pressing play, hit Shift+F1, select the BP_TileMaker blueprint in the World Outline and then select each one of the BP_TileMaker's PaperTileMapComponents. After doing this, they will have collision.
