Animated FBX with no bones imports with jittery rotation
1. Import the attached FBX into Maya or Max
2. Expand the timeline to about 200
3. Play the animation and note how it behaves
4. Import the FBX into UE4 (should enable "Import As Skeletal" by default and ensure that Import Animation is enabled)
5. Open the animation and play
Result: Around frame 90, the rotations start to jitter and move in strange ways. Does not match the exported animation.
Expected: Matches what you see in Maya/Max
