Tracks don't reset to default actor state when "Active" is disabled
Tags: inactive Sequencer
1. Create a new sequence
2. Add a Fade track
3. Make keys at the beginning and end of your play range
4. Set the end key to 1
5. Move the time slider to the end
6. Right click the Fade track and disable "Active"
7. Scrub through the timeline
Result: Stays dark until you re-activate the Fade Track
Expected: Close the same sequence and re-open it. It is now reset to the default fade value, as if the track didn't exist. This is the expected state for a track when "Active" is disabled.
