Description

Deleting foliage actor from foliage menu removes actors from level viewport, but does not remove them from PIE until editor is restarted.

Regression (no) issue (does) occur in 4.11.2

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor (any project)
  2. Open Modes>Landscape mode>Create
  3. Open Modes>Foliage Mode
  4. Add any mesh to foliage mode
  5. LMB in level viewport to add foliage to landscape
  6. Select mesh in foliage menu
  7. Delete mesh from foliage menu (note meshes removed from viewport)
  8. Press PIE

Results

Meshes in foliage mode remain in viewport during PIE

Expected

Meshes are removed from viewport during PIE

Note to testers: please test Undo/Redo of operations involving adding or removing foliage types or replacing foliage type with another one (right-click menu) including one that is already unpainted.
