Description

If the game mode is set to game only and "Set Show Mouse Cursor" is set to true some click events appear to get dropped

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Open the level blueprint
  3. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  4. Play in editor
  5. Press the left mouse button
  6. Notice that you see the print string "Click" (expected)
  7. Press the right mouse button
  8. Press the left mouse button a few times
  9. Notice that if clicked slowly that none or almost all clicks are not being registered

Expected: The Print string that says "Click" would fire everytime the left mouse button was pressed
Result: The print string that says "Click" does not fire all of the time once the game mode has been set to game only and the mouse cursor is set to show up
