Bad performance when changing (slider) values for the advanced preview scene

Description

And yes we do have sliders but the performance is bad when you slide them.

Steps to Reproduce
  • Open Static Mesh editor or Persona
  • Navigate to advanced preview scene tab
  • Use UI to change appearance (scroll box etc), should not be laggy
