Setting a sublevel to initially load interrupts starting movies

Movies set to "Wait for Movies to Complete" are interrupted when a sublevel is set to load initially. The movie should still play through to completion.

Regression (no) issue (does) occur in 4.11.2

Steps provided by user

1. Create a new project

1. Add a StartupMovie (using ProjectSettings | Movies | StartupMovies). Startup movie attached to report.

1. Set "Wait for Movies to Complete" to checked

1. Add a new level via the Window>Levels panel

1. Open the Level Details pane (press magnifying glass in levels window) for the new level and set "Initially Loaded" and "Initially Visible" to true

1. Package the project again, run the .exe

Results

Movie plays briefly, then is interrupted to open level.

Expected

Movie plays through, level appears at end of movie.
