Rich text formatting is disabled on Linux

Rich text does not display on Linux.
A Warning: Rich text formatting is disabled message appears where rich text would normally be displayed.

I do not see this issue on Windows.

1. Open UE4Editor.exe
2. Select the New Project tab in the Unreal Project Browser

RESULT:
A Warning: Rich text formatting is disabled message appears in the top left of the window.
