Changing viewport profiles is not considered an 'editing' operation, its more like changing settings in the editor, for which we don't typically support undo/redo

Description

User is not able to undo or redo any changes made in the Preview Scene Settings.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Open a skeletal mesh in Persona.
  3. Adjust any setting in the Preview Scene Settings.
  4. Undo/Redo.

RESULT:

Undo/Redo do not do anything.
