Deemed to be expected behavior

Description

When selecting a connection between two bones in Persona, Child bone is selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Third Person Template project
2. Open the Mannequin skeletal mesh
3. Select the bone between the shoulder and elbow

Result: lowerarm_l (elbow) is selected
Expected: upperarm_l (shoulder) is selected. This is how Maya works, however Max works like UE4.
