Incorrect Root Motion Rotation on AnimSequences created with Sequence Recorder
1. Create a Third Person Template Project
2. Open Sequence Recorder, then PIE
3. Add a track and assign the Third Person Character
4. Hit Record
5. Run around the scene
6. Exit PIE
7. Find the AnimSequence in the Cinematics folder
8. Open it, then go to Show>Process Root Motion (might also need to lower the floor)
Result: Root motion is there and the translation appears to be correct, but the rotation is off causing the mannequin to walk sideways/backwards
Expected: Rotation is correct, showing the mannequin walking forward
