Unable to play PlatformerGame on tvOS with gamepad or remote

User is unable to play PlatformerGame due to input mappings not being setup for the tvOS remote or gamepad.

tvOS 9.2.2

1. Connect Bluetooth gamepad to tvOS device
2. Launch PlatformerGame onto tvOS device
3. Select Play -> Streets
4. Wait for opening cinematic to finish

Result: Press SPACEBAR to break free prompt is displayed but no inputs on the tvOS remote or gamepad are mapped for spacebar.
