Buggy can change gears without moving

Description

The buggy in vehicle advanced can move through the gears if you hold down the E Brake while attempting to accelerate.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Vehicle Advanced
  2. From the Play dropdown select "Standalone Game"
  3. Press the up arrow(accelerate) and the Space Bar(E. Brake)
    *OBSERVE: Buggy moves through gears while standing still
