Inside of the security control room is washed out in BlueprintOffice on tvOS

The dark part of the security room in BlueprintOffice on tvOS looks extremely washed out.

Could be related to https://jira.ol.epicgames.net/browse/UE-30580

1. Connect Bluetooth controller to tvOS device
2. Launch BlueprintOffice on to tvOS device
3. Move into the security room on the right avoiding the green beam from the security camera
4. Move in front of the control panel in the room
5. Turn around and look out the door

Result: The dark part of the security room looks very washed out
