APT copies only one CSV from GauntletTemp even if multiple perf sequences are run

Description

Reported by a licensee - separate CSVs from different perf sequences that are in one go are not picked up upon completion.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Have a sample with multiple perf sequences (CitySample or NaniteTest as of 5.7 will do)
  2. Run it without passing a specific sequence as a parameter
  3. Make sure CSVOutputMode is Separate
  4. Notice only one file copied to Profiling
