ContentExamples PostProcessing map demo 1.13 post process volume screen percentage is not low enough

The post process volume in ContentExamples for Screen Percentage is set to 90 which is too high to notice a difference. The documentation has it at 25 here: https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Resources/ContentExamples/PostProcessing/1_13/index.html .

1. Open ContentExamples from the launcher
2. Open the PostProcessing map
3. PIE and move to demo 1.13
4. Enter the Post Process Volume

Result: Effect is not noticeable
