The raster bin debug colors are not always consistent when a static mesh and spline mesh are present

Steps to Reproduce
  • Add a Nanite-enabled static sphere mesh to a blank scene and apply a simple material with WPO (plug a non-zero constant into the World Position Offset input) to it
  • Add a spline mesh actor to the scene and set its static mesh to the one in the previous step. Apply the same WPO material
  • Enable the Nanite raster bin debug visualization mode
  • In the content browser, double click the static mesh to open the static mesh editor and navigate to LOD 0 Sections. Toggle the Cast Shadow flag multiple times and observe in the main viewport that the raster bin colors are flipped, but not always
