Description

When the user attempts to open the Biome Sample Level with Instanced Stereo enabled, the editor crashes with a fatal error: 

Fatal error: [File:D:\build\++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\RHI\Private\PipelineStateCache.cpp] [Line: 584] 
Shader compilation failures are Fatal. 
Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a New Blank Template.
  2. Navigate to Plugins and enable the PCG Biome Sample plugin
  3. Navigate to Project Settings and enable Instanced Stereo.
  4. Restart the Editor.
  5. In the Content Browser, navigate to Engine > Plugins > PCG Biome Sample Content > Maps and Open "BiomeSampleLevel".

Observed Result:

The Editor Crashes with a Fatal Error.

Expected Result:

Editor does not crash.
