Description

Skeletal meshes with disabled mesh sections will flicker in the Hardware Ray Tracing Scene.

Also tested on //UE/Release-5.6, CL:45232827

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the attached test project and open
2. Execute the console command "Showflag.RayTracingDebug 1"
3. Open the asset "/Game/SKM_Manny_Simple"
4. Observe the flickering torso in the Skeletal Mesh Editor
5. In Asset Details -> LOD Picker -> LOD 0 -> Sections, right-click Section 0, and enable it.
6. Observe the flickering stops (after the asset builds)
7. Disable section 1, as in step 5
8. Observe the flickering returns
