Description

Global parameters disappear from the binding list when a soft object reference is present. Pulling up the binding menu shows nothing for Parameters when there are only object references in the ST assets parameters. If you move the soft object reference to be after the hard ref, the hard ref parameter will show up in the binding menu. Additionally, you can get the hard ref parameter to show up if there are other parameter entries that would be valid for the binding property.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a StateTree asset using a StateTreeComponent schema
  2. Add an Actor Soft Object Reference to the global parameters
  3. Add an Actor Object Reference to the global parameters
  4. Add a Boolean Compare condition to a state
  5. Attempt to bind the Left bool property and use a property from the global parameter Actor references

Expected Result: The hard referencedd Actor parameter should be available to access its properties for binding

Actual Result: There is no option to select the Actor parameter.
