"Create New Asset" section for selecting an image appears directly under the mouse

The Create New Asset Section for applying an image to a brush is directly under the mouse after clicking on the dropdown. If the user simply clicks (and does not hold down the mouse button) they will select one of the sections for creating an asset. This will bring up a window and appears to have caused confusion.

1. Open the Editor
2. Create a new Widget blueprint
3. Add an image to the designer tab
4. Select the image
5. In the brush settings, quickly click and release on the drop down for setting the image for the image widget
6. Notice that this will bring up a menu asking if you would like to create a new asset

Expected: The text field would be directly under the mouse when clicking on a drop down (so that no immediate selection is made).
Result: The Create New Asset section is directly under the mouse when trying to apply an image
