Description

When a Geometry Collection is in a Blueprint, attached to other components, it can render incorrect motion vectors at some angles.
In the test project, any angle that is not a multiple of 45 will render incorrect motion vectors, but angles that are a multiple of 45 will not.

Issue also occurs on /UE5/Release-5.5, CL: 41545209

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the Licensee's test project and open (see addl info URL)
2. Open the map "/Game/GeometryCacheSample"
3. Execute the following console commands:
"r.SetNearClipPlane 0.000001"
"BugItGo 138.751050 -107.722020 251.365520 -40.999901 1.635537 0.000000"
4. Observe the TSR smearing
5. Enable Motion Blur visualization (Show -> Visualize -> Motion Blur)
6. Observe that there are rendered motion vectors, and that they show the mesh as shrinking (despite it being stationary)
7. Select the Actor "FbxScene_sample", and set its rotation to {0,45,0}
8. Execute the following console command:
"BugItGo 141.657320 -107.319160 248.529478 -49.799901 -0.964463 0.000000"
9. Observe there are no motion vectors, but that the motion vectors are still rendering
10. Disable Motion Blur Visualization
11. Observe there is no TSR smearing
