Description

If a NetMulticast function is calledl, it will force non-relevant Actors to become relevant for a few seconds before going back to non-relevant.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project and extract to folder
  2. Right click on .uproject and generate Visual Studio project files
  3. Open .sln and run project as Development Editor
  4. When editor is open, change play settings so there are 2 players (no dedicated server)
  5. With server window, gain line of sight to client
  6. Left click while controlling server window

RESULT:

Server will become relevant and Client will see server pawn for a few seconds, before server Pawn switches back to non-relevant.

EXPECTED:

Non relevant Actors don't change relevancy status on multicast calls.
