Description

REGRESSION: Yes
WORKING: 3132914 (Dev-Editor merge into Main)
BROKEN: 3133983

FBX files referencing external textures via absolute path are no longer resolved correctly. This used to work - as seen with Character_SK.
FBX files using embedded media still work as expected.

This image shows the path it's checking when importing back into 3ds Max.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Right-click in the Content Browser and select Import.
  3. Find Character_SK.fbx and select Open (can be found in the following location in your P4 build: Engine\Content\NotForLicensees\QA\Import_Test_Assets\FBX\FortniteCharacter)
  4. In the Import Options, make sure that Import Materials and Import Textures enabled.
  5. Click Import.

RESULT:

The skeletal mesh is imported with white textures.

EXPECTED:

The skeletal mesh is imported with the correct textures.
