Mobile Map loading times have increased from 4.12 to 4.13

The loading time from 4.12 to 4.13 on mobile devices seems to have increased quite a bit.

Results: The loading time from 4.12 to 4.13 seems to have increased in iOS and Android
Expected Results: Loading time should not have increased by almost double for mobile devices
