Description

If shot track ends short of the Master Sequence length, all actors return to default state.

This becomes an issue when you need the actors manipulated in Shot 1 to maintain their "end state" into shot 2 and even afterwards during gameplay.

Regression: YES

Worked: 4.12.5 CL:3039270
Broken: 4.13.1 CL:3142249

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Master Sequence with 1 Shot
  2. In the master sequence, move the end of the shot about 1 second past the end of shot 1 (see screenshot attached)
  3. In the shot sequence, move a mesh in the level over the duration of the shot
  4. Enable Auto-Play on the Master Sequence Level Actor
  5. PIE

Result: At the end of play, the mesh moves back to it's default position. If Step 2 had left the master sequence length exactly at the end of the shot, this would not happen.
Expected: Mesh remains at it's last location.
