Description

Attempting to use Rebuild / Clean fails to compile. VS output shown in callstack.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor
  2. Create empty C++ project
  3. When the project opens in Visual Studio, right click the project name and select Rebuild

Result:
Compile fails (VS Ouptut in Callstack field)
