This is a regression from 4.13.1 as it was snapping to the pose then.
If this was an intentional change please let us know and we can update the test case to reflect this.
Result: Pose blends into the smile pose as it is dragged to the right
Expected: The pose snaps to Smile as soon as it becomes greater than 0
