Description

Transition Screen Size doesn't seem to affect when LODActors are added to the level.

This was occurring before Dev-Framework's merge into Main at CL 3198987.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame.
  2. Open TM-HLOD_NotBuilt.
  3. Open the HLOD Outliner.
  4. Click the plus icon for HLOD Setup.
  5. Click Generate Clusters.
  6. Click Generate Proxy Meshes.
  7. Select the LODActor, and then in viewport, zoom out the camera. Note when the LODActor appears in the level.
  8. Change Transition Screen Size to 0.5.
  9. Generate Proxy Meshes again.
  10. Select the LODActor, and then in viewport, zoom out the camera. Note when the LODActor appears in the level.

RESULT:

The LOD Actor pops at the same point.
