Description

With Update Rate Optmizations enabled, animations will sometimes update more quickly than whatever the Frame Skip Map is set.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Add LODPawn into the level.
  3. Select the LODPawn instance in the level.
  4. In the Details panel, set Forced LOD Model to 4.
  5. Play in viewport.

RESULT:

Most of the time, the animation will skip 60 frames before updating. But sometimes it will update more quickly than 60 frames.
