Skylight Intensity was not correctly calculated in builds prior to 4.14. This has been fixed and content should be adjusted to take this into account if it's been adjusted to compensate.
Using a Stationary Skylight appears to be blown out with the SLS Captured Scene. Movable and Static do not exhibit this behavior.

1. Use the Default Level
2. Add a Skylight to the scene and set an intensity of 20
3. Set the sun intensity to 0 and rotate it so that the sun's arrow is pointing up.
4. Refresh the BP_SkySphere material option in the Details Panel so that it shows the night stars.
5. Build Lighting.
