In the TM-WorldOriginRebasing map, when spawning into the level with two players, the players will sometimes spawn at the same location when there are two Player Starts (one of which is in a sublevel that loads on PIE).
This occurs about 25% of the time.
This occurs without World Origin Rebasing as well.
RESULT
Sometimes the two players will spawn at the same location rather than at the separate Player Starts (one of which is located in a sublevel).
EXPECTED
For each player to consistently spawn at the different Player Starts.
