Sequencer Actor details panel lacking parity with Matinee Actor details panel

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Sequence Actor and a Matinee actor from the "Cinematics" dropdown
  2. Select each actor and look at the details panel. See screenshots below.

Result: Many options are missing from the Sequencer Details Panel that are present in Matinee Details panel
Expected: Open Sequencer Button, Not sure if Rewind is relevant, Cinematic Mode settings
