Sequencer Audio Tracks keep playing when the game is paused

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a sequence
  2. Add an Audio Track with a long audio cue(I've attached one to this jira)
  3. Add the sequence to your level and enable Auto-Play
  4. PIE and then enter "pause" into the console

Result: Music volume changes a little, but continues playing
Expected: Music pauses

  1. Enter "pause" into the console again

Result: Now there are two tracks playing over each other
Expected: Track picks up where it was paused
