Reset to default arrow showing up for Bool Variables for black board keys even if value is the default. The Reset to Default arrow is always present

1. Open a project
2. Create a new black board
3. Add a new Key of the type Boolean
4. Notice that the Reset to Default arrow is showing
5. Change the value
6. Click the Reset to Default arrow
7. Notice that while the value has been reset, that the arrow is still present

Expected: The arrow would only be present if the value for the key was not set to the default value
Result: The Reset to Default arrow is always present
