Web browser widget causes app to crash when packaging for Distribution on Android

Web browser widget causes app to crash when packaging for Distribution on Android. The web page is not pulled up and the app crashes

1. Download the attached project
2. Open the project
3. Package for Distribution on Android
4. Install onto device (tested on Samsung galaxy s5)
5. Open the app
6. Notice that the web browser appears solid white and then crashes

Expected: The web page that is assigned to the web browser would be pulled up
Result: The web page is not pulled up and the app crashes
